What does it cover?

The Emotional Wellness Workshop provides attendees with an understanding of the method of inner transformation and how to apply this practically to life.  Individuals are provided with grounded strategies/tools to cope with change and transition, preventing mental and emotional distress during these times.

The Emotional Wellness Coaching Programme takes a person who is in a fearful state to a place of safety and relaxation.  The programme prevents an individual spiralling into more extreme states of distress.  The individual experiences instant relief through coaching with someone who fully understands what is happening and why.

  • Immediately reduce fear and fearful thinking
  • Rest deeply and recover physically
  • Connect with someone who understands and can guide successfully to a full recovery

Coaching session can be delivered remotely, online.  For individuals living in Glasgow, sessions can be delivered in person.

I have been on a self-help journey for a number of years, trying all different approaches. In one workshop, Kelly has helped me open my eyes and recognise that “trying hard” isn’t working. I have taken away the message that I need to sit my numerous books to the side and learn to calm my mind. Still not quite sure how I’ll do it but I do know that I’m up for the challenge! Thank you.

It was refreshing to have someone be so real, someone who could relate to exactly how I was feeling & simply put me as ease a little. She listened to everything I had to say without correcting me or interrupting me, and when she did speak what she said made perfect sense. Explaining a bit about what & why this was happening.
